Exercising is a good way to increase the number of calories you burn each day. Even if you combine light to moderate exercise with a reduced calorie diet, your weight loss results will be amplified.

Because when your body gets hungry it goes into "starvation mode" which actually makes it harder for you to lose your excess weight. Your body senses a lack of food so tries to keep fat stores for longer.
